AUTUMN WEDDING AT THE HERMITAGE // AYA + KENNETH

Like many couples in 2020, Aya and Kenneth had to make some changes to their wedding plans, but as they found, small weddings can be pretty special. They chose Ballathie House Hotel as their base for getting ready, and then headed across to Ossian's Hall at The Hermitage in Dunkeld for the ceremony, before returning to Ballathie for dinner.

To my delight the Autumn colours held out for us, and in between the rain showers we headed into the trees to capture some special couple portraits. I had previously had a pre-wedding photography session with Aya and Kenneth in St Andrews, and having had that practice we saved a lot of time, as the newlyweds knew exactly what to do and only needed a little guidance. It definitely saved them from getting completely soaked in the rain!
